We aim to make your booking and refund process smooth and transparent.
The refund is approved only if the cancellation is made before 24 hours of the pick up time. If not the refund will not be approved. The approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days
1. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.
- If the cancellation is made within 24 hours of the pickup time, the booking amount will not be refunded.
- No-shows or last-minute cancellations (less than 12 hours) are considered non-refundable.
2. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Refund timelines may vary depending on the bank or payment gateway.
- Customers will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated.
3. Modifications to Bookings
- You may request a change in pickup time or location up to 12 hours before the scheduled trip.
- Any fare difference due to changes will be adjusted in the final amount.
4. Delays & Service Issues
- If a vehicle fails to arrive on time or the driver cancels unexpectedly, you are eligible for a full refund or a free reschedule.
- In case of unavoidable delays due to traffic or weather, refunds will not apply.
5. Payment Gateway Charges
In rare cases, payment gateway or transaction processing charges may be deducted from the refund amount, depending on the payment method used.
